How do I choose the right loan officer to work with?
Choosing the right loan officer depends on your goals and communication style. Our team members each specialize in different areas—from first-time homebuyer programs to reverse mortgages—so you’ll always find someone who fits your needs. Visit our Mortgage Loan Programs page to see which loan type fits you best, then connect with the specialist listed under that program.
What’s the benefit of working with a local mortgage team?
Working with a local team like Zarro Mortgage Group means your loan officer understands the real estate market in Martin County, St. Lucie County, and the greater Treasure Coast. Our team lives and works here too—so we know the neighborhoods, property values, and local partners that help make the process faster and more personal.
Can I meet with a loan officer in person or online?
Absolutely. You can meet with our team in person at our Stuart office or schedule a virtual appointment from the comfort of your home. Each team member’s profile includes contact details and a meeting link so you can connect your way.
Who should I talk to about refinancing my current mortgage?
Our experienced loan officers, including Joanne Zarro, can review your current loan and explore whether refinancing could lower your monthly payments or help you reach other financial goals. Visit our Mortgage Loan Programs page to learn more about refinance options, or contact any team member directly to start the conversation.
Does Zarro Mortgage Group help with reverse mortgages?
Yes. Donna Linton, our Reverse Mortgage Advisor, specializes in helping homeowners age 62 and older explore how a reverse mortgage can provide financial flexibility while staying in their homes. Learn more about reverse mortgage programs on our Loan Programs page.
