Joanne has been a Licensed Loan Officer since 1997. Working in the mortgage industry for over 24 years, she has assisted thousands of customers with home financing. Throughout her lending career, Joanne has shared her strong belief that every family and each resident within our community should have a place to call home.
Her expertise in mortgage lending is well known as is her dedication to serving her customers as well as the community. She has resided in Martin County since 1982 and her commitment to the community is deep-rooted. Her service includes many leadership roles. She served on the board and was Chairperson for the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Martin County, Class IV, and served on the board for many years including a term as President. She was the Chairperson for the Martin County Leadership Planning Committee. She is a current member of Martin County Business Exchange, Junior League of Martin County, and Soroptimist International of Stuart. In 2018, she was honored as Affiliate Member of the Year by the Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast. Joanne has a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Leo College and a Master’s Degree from Barry University.
Joanne has been a dedicated and strong advocate for women and children, addressing issues of child abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Joanne has chaired fundraising events for Hibiscus Children’s Center, Catch the Wave of Hope, and Soroptimist International of Stuart. When serving as President of Soroptimist International of Stuart, she established the International Relations Committee which serves not only the local community but women and children in other countries.
Joanne, when not working, loves traveling with her family. She also enjoys the theater, orchids, and boating.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Amanda Foster has been a resident on the Treasure Coast for 12 years. Born and raised in Manchester, in Northwest England, she graduated from college and then followed her passion to travel and work abroad. Through her travel and communication with the people she met, Amanda soon realized she wanted to help her community through her work and so her mortgage career began.
With over 18 years of combined experience within the mortgage industry, Amanda strongly believes “People Buy People First”. She strives to treat each and every client in the same way she would like to be treated-excellent customer service, professionalism and communication every step of the way. Amanda has recently been nominated as a “Dame” for the Tykes & Teens Festival of Trees & Lights 2021 due to her hardworking, upbeat attitude, and her ability to put people at ease.
When Amanda is not working, you can find her working out at the gym, spending time with her two children, Finley and Madeleine and walking her dog, Mika.

As a resident of Palm City for over 30 years, Donna has worked in the Reverse Mortgage field for over 15 years assisting hundreds of clients to remain in their homes as they age in place, help with personal financial planning, and enhance their lifestyle.
Donna served on the board of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, for over 8 years having been the chair during 2006/07. She is a graduate of Leadership Martin County, Class XII, and has served on their planning committee. She was on the Arts Council Board for 2-3 year terms, is a member of Soroptimist International of Stuart and served as their President in 2007/08. Donna was chosen as Woman of the Year for 2005 by Soroptimist, was nominated as a Woman of Distinction for 2006 and became the Woman of Distinction in the volunteer category in 2013. She is active in bringing awareness about the tragedy of human trafficking and was a founding board member of Catch the Wave of Hope and is an Ambassador for Shared Hope International. She is an active member of her church is a graduate of their Leadership College and serves in their connection ministry.

Angela is a licensed Loan Officer and has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. She served in the US Army and after living in Hawaii and Alabama, she decided to return to Florida.
She began her processing for mortgage brokerage companies in 1998 where she has spent the majority of her career. Her experience has given her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry as well as the underwriting process. After the market crash of 2007, she spent several years specializing in foreclosures, but returned to processing in 2014. She has been a part of Joanne Zarro’s team since 2016.

Eve is from Long Island New York and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Long Island University. While living in New York she worked for both IRS and Social Security. After moving to Florida in 1982, she began her mortgage career in 1985. She started off processing and was soon promoted to Underwriting Management where she spent 18 years and finally retired in 2013. After 2 years of retirement, she missed the mortgage industry and became a part of Joanne Zarro’s team.
Her areas of expertise include tax return analysis and loan modifications. Eve’s underwriting experience is invaluable as she continues to assist clients with obtaining financing.
